Do anybody knows how water comes into cocnut? do anybody knows how flesh of wood apple[Velaga Pandu] disappears when elephant eats? HOW?

We pour water to coconut tree. that water does not contain any sweet or sugar. but coconut water is Sooooo sweet.  HOW? U DON'T KNOW.

when u drink coconut water u need to pluck it and put a hole and then drink, same as how u earn money by so much hardwork.

Elephant eats FLESH of wood apple without any hole into it. HOW?

In the same wayWEALTH comes without knowlege of any body AS water into the coconut.

After some time that WEALTH  LEAVES without anybody's command or demand in the same way as flesh in the wood apple when elephant eats it.

So be careful. dont' feel proud or egoistic when WEALTH comes to u, i cannot be a part of ur life permanently. u dont know when it VANISHES as same as flesh in the WOOD  APPLE.

so be as u r in all the stages of ur life like thick and thin, good and bad, profit or loss, happy or sorrow, etc.,
enjoy and make ur life worthful.

what's ur maturity level?

the length of ur brainstorming for a cause results in the standards of ur 'maturity levels'. yes, its true. if u keep on thinking about ur past or bad and negative things, keep cursing urself, low level of cofidence, keep distance from the world - if this is similar to ur attitude then ur 'maturity levels are dam low'. if the length of this type of attitude is unlimited and too long then u r 'immature'. yes. if the length ends with in a shot span of time, forget immediately after some hours and keep indulge urself in ur daily activities without any abstacles then ur 'maturity levels are high'.
the span of  control on mind and all senses is more important. this indicates ur 'higher maturity levels'.
so guys and girls, try to have control on the length of depression or frustration u face in life. that proves ur 'MATURITY OF MIND'.

RINGA RINGA ROSES..............A LEADER MUST BE ALWAYS A DECISION MAKER AND RISK TAKER!!!

hai all. today we have encoutered  problems because of TDP bandh and as so many. in politics these are common ok fine. but today we suffered because a leader who dont want to face risk and always WANT to be in safe zone. all colleges were closed because of bandh and declared before 12 hrs. atleast. only one college didn't take any decesion. and today morning all colleges buses were on road and played RINGA.......... RINGA............. ROSES.........turning around BUSES and roaming around outer ring road. if we go forward agitartors say we will through STONES on buses so cant go forward and turned around , waited for one hour because even then also our college din't take any decision. again turned and started towards college after one hr. again agitators stopped and threatend us. so again turned over and stoped for some time and still no decision not been taken by any higher authority. students were roaming here and there on roads. some people searching for breakfast, some for snacks , some for water, some for toilets..........., ish............. how many problems. how  to make understand leaders about all these problems. they dont know any thing, they simply want  media attraction. faculty and students on roads.............played ringa ringa roses for some time and at last took own decision to go back homes. still it is not the end. again before  hayathnagar agitators stopped all vehicles sitting on the roads so again waited for 15 mts fortunately and started then after reaching L.B.Nagar again traffic is stopped by agitators. after crossing that in kothapet and inside saroornagar again traffic is stopped like  this is how we started a day and ended by so many obstacles without BREAKFAST at last reached home desparately cursing ourselfs. if leader is not good then see the struggle.................

A LEADER MUST BE A DECISION MAKER NOT A PROBLEM MAKER. he should be able to understand the problems of his employees and customers[students].

Nothing is impossible, you require only PATIENCE & SILENCE
